August will see us under the influence of the two full moons, one that just happened at 1º26’ of Aquarius on 24 July and one that’s going to happen on 22 August at 29º37’ Aquarius. Full moons bring certain conclusions, realisations, culminations and release. Together these two would bring us one step closure to what we seeded with the Saturn Jupiter conjunction of 21 December 2020 which is the new structure of our growth for the next 20 years. In addition the 22 August full moon will form part of the activation of the Yod that would form with Leo Sun as apex revealing a life mission or a skill we hold. The Leo new moon of 8th August which comes with a surprising and bold outlet to the restlessness we feel would bring information prior to this activation. With 19 August activation of the Yod, 20 August Uranus retrograde and 22 August full moon, it might feel like missing parts of a puzzle coming together. 🚨 First 8 days of the month which are a build up to this new moon would be marked by the volatility or dissonance which normally arises when we are fighting our own resistance to change the fixed and outdated parts of our life. I described this in detail in the mid July horoscope for your sign.

Both the 24 July and 22 August full moon activate home, family, place of living which might be coming into focus and possibly for a change. Focus might be on bringing to conclusion matters linked to real estate, property ownership, fixed assets, home air quality, real estate innovation or architecture, relocation, mentoring or parenting, psychological analysis or emotional security or emotional freedom, parents, parenthood. Finishing a gainful or social or psychological project from home, settling a personal problem, changing structure of the house or family, obligation to parents, home investment, career agenda from home or hidden from others, spiritual achievement, emotional discipline, keeping order in relationship or home, redesigning home might be on the cards. Economic gains can be linked to these matters and these could have been seeded in Jan/Feb which we are now bringing them to conclusion. You prefer to have more space in your personal life, prefer you home to be in a multicultural or global environment, prefer to have more gadgets in your house, prefer to be part of a more progressive community living - which could be drivers of change in your personal life right now. Catering to your roots, objective even scientific psychological analysis, working from home, working on socially responsible or humanitarian or high tech projects either from your home or on real estate itself is part of your growth so you might be working on concrete outcome of that. 

Saturn and Jupiter together are helping you rewrite the very ground you stand on with your home, family, personal life, psychological life, place of living in process of restructuring and rewiring which is a major life change and a once in 29 years critical step of personal development which would form the foundation of your long term future growth so you can do more in external life while maintaining a stable core. Old foundations cannot support who you are becoming so they are being changed. So some of those old foundations would come to focus for restructuring and even release as new information comes to light with both Saturn and Jupiter reaching their mid point of retrogrades in August. This will bring requisite changes in your personal life and psychology. Fuelling roots, fixing roots, breaking mending healing what you call as inner and external home is key here. Relocation could be on cards or a real estate deal you have been working on come through or a gainful home based business might be in making. Your source of gains and growth or your legacy are from psychological pursuits, humanitarian/ state of art / home based / real estate based innovations and ideas, being a nurturer, home decorator, cook, chef, realtor, counsellor, deeper matters, healing practice at home, ideas on healing - you will see ways to bring that home with these two full moons and it would also change the idea of whats home to you. If we are off course the mid point of Saturn and Jupiter retrograde cycles around 1/2 August and 19 August would show you as it would bring more information to light albeit possibly through some over the top discussions or even conflicts with others. Jupiter moved back into your house of home, family, inner foundations since 28 July, which can help bring more knowledge, opportunities and perspective there helping in expression of Yod activation which I describe below in the reading. You can look at period between July and Sept 2018 as to what was brought to focus for you for parallel themes more personalised to you - but remember 2018 was time to release detach - this is time to create & progress forward. Scorpio rising / sun / moon around 0º-4º Scorpio or around 24 Oct born Scorpio Sun would feel the first full moon the most which would influence us at the very least till 8 August.

Though all of you will feel these themes playing out for growth and restructuring emphasised at this time and in August due to Saturn and Jupiter revisiting this house reaching their mid point of retrograde cycle divulging new information and actions to change course.

We are also asked to balance this part of us which has been very engaged with home or family or inner life with the world outside and be seen, play out in the external world. Lot of energy might be going into home and psychological life or pursuits which is great for pursuit in real estate matters, construction, deeper subject pursuits & mastery, history, archeology, anthropology, environmental issues, weather, own history & roots. But this takes us too much inward. Too much energy in personal and inner pursuits needs to be balanced by going out there in August as we can get emotionally sucked in. Saturn retrograde asks us to create healthy psychological boundaries as well which serve you well. It might be time to balance this to get work out in the industry or play in the commercial world a bit. Our role as a nurturer of others, parent, caretaker needs to be balanced with focus on our career and outer life in August. Leo season gives us opportunity to play in the external world and brings focus to our outer life where we tend to shine and lead. We might need to release some old childhood or psychological patterns that block us, there could be some healing required to move forward - we as a fixed sign hold on too long to past losses and sometimes hold on too long to “home” due to losses, we might be hiding out at home too much and it might be time to get out there in August which these two full moons will also help in as they form the propelling base to prop us up to go out there more boldly. Balance your external life with inner life.

As this could fall in house of communication and commercial endeavours which are linked to self made wealth and self expression for some of you especially for 27º-30º Scorpio or around 19-22 Nov born Scorpio Sun - you might have a completion or culmination of something critical coming for delivery and fruition there in terms of verbal or written or skilful endeavours involving communication or marketing or social media or networks. The themes of home, family, place of living, inner life will come to focus for you with the 22 August full moon for you. These degrees would be most influenced by the second full moon of 22 August which would continue to pan out in September.

Leo season for you Scorpio normally infuses fresh energy in your career, new starts, new bold endeavours in your external life which the 8 August new moon can bring. A new career, job, ambitious endeavour, a high executive position of interest, new identity at job, key project at work, a new title in personal or professional life, a new boss can come up or we have the potential to start afresh when it comes to our external identity. This can come up with a surprise or can be impulsive change seeded in need for something new different and independent. Leo season is normally the time to shine when it comes to your work and external identity, you are most visible at this time. This period between 8-22 August can especially bring opportunity for that. You would also take more leadership when it comes to home. We need to balance out heavy energies in our personal house with some fun in the external life. This new start can especially be a big shift for Scorpio rising / sun / moon around 16º Scorpio +/-3º or around 8 Nov born Scorpio Sun +/-3 days. This could be an impulsive move so make sure you have evaluated your options.

This would form the apex of the Yod activation which would be felt through discussions around this new moon of 8th August leading to peak moment of 19 August. These new bold endeavours in career or external life could make see your life’s mission with activation of this Yod during this time - felt most by 21º-28º Scorpio rising/sun/moon or around 13-20 Nov born. Remember this activation comes through some crisis or surprise or breaking through a fixed notion of our life - it normally reveals a path where none existed before. Normally this would come through a change in personal life or something might finally pan out in your home situation or you finally have faith in yourself to make the shift. Remember this new path is supposed to be something you feel right with in terms of your self respect and sense of pride even though activation comes through some crisis or surprise or through you being pushed into a corner to show what you are made of. Lead not follow, your autonomy and freedom to think / act is of immense importance to you. Not everyone’s going to like what you are trying to do. Remember what we said before, best revenge is immense success, do not waste time on things that take your focus away from your mission cause once you recognise it, you would have very little bandwidth for anything else. This is not the end destination, this is still weak in terms of Yod transit but it would bring missing pieces of puzzle together in this month of critical changes.

Keep in mind in August we would have Uranus exaggerating our need for freedom & change in partnerships which can bring some sudden power struggles with partner or need to change our commitments, contracts for more freedom and space. You are looking for unconventional ways to interact with others in your life, needing more space and also your contribution to others especially your social contribution is dramatically different with new ideas, insights being contributed by you which is great but we can get very restless in August with others especially in our partnerships. As we seek more freedom in our relationships we are more likely to rebel against any kind of authority or constraint. Uranus will stand still aspecting 14º48 Scorpio so Scorpio rising / sun / moon around 15º Scorpio +/-2º or Scorpio Sun born around 7 Nov +/-2 days would feel this 7 year itch as its called the most to be free and rebel against any authorities in personal or professional life the most.
